The Town Clerk's department is responsible for seven major categories:

• Board of Canvassers
• Boards, Commissions and Committees
• Land Evidence Records
• Licenses and Permits
• Probate Court
• Town Council Meetings, Agendas and Minutes
• Vital Records which consist of Birth and Death Certificates and Marriage Licenses.

This office is responsible for the maintenance, indexing and storage of all of these records as required by State Law.

Please note: Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for payment. For credit cards, there is a 2.99% credit cad convenience fee, with a minimum rate of $2.50

Marriage Licenses are by appointment only, please call our office to schedule an appointment.
