The Town Clerk's Office is responsible to maintain, index and record all Land Evidence Records provided. This office also issues business registrations, dog, kennel, marriage and all other town licenses along with yard sale permits. Additionally, they coordinate the election process with the Board of Canvassers.
The Town Clerk also prepares all Town Council agendas and coordinates meetings.
Provides certified copies of birth (long form only), death and marriage certificates. (Cash, Checks , and credit cards accepted)
The Town Clerk is responsible for all Probate Court matters regarding estates for decedents, guardianships and name changes.
