Hazardous Waste (Eco-Depot Events)

It is extremely important to keep all hazardous waste out of our trash and recycling collections and to properly dispose of this waste. This will help maintain the health of our water and air quality and the overall environment.

RIRRC, our state landfill, offers numerous free events to help RI residents keep our state safe and environmentally sound. Below are items that are considered hazardous and should be taken to these special collections. Take a look, the list might surprise you.
